A service based company is only as good as the people who work for it. At First Business Support we are well aware of this fact which is why we only employ people who are dedicated to providing the highest possible standard of service.
 
This allows us to provide a constant and unwavering level of excellence when delivering our support to clients. Key Performance Indicators are constantly monitored to ensure that we exceed your expectations every time. Managing these KPI’s and driving excellence throughout is a full time job for the Client Care department which will ensure that:-

  • All systems and paperwork are delivered to agreed timescales and are of the highest quality
  • You deal with consultants who understand your industry
  • All advice given is clear, relevant and meets the needs of your business
  • All training is delivered to the highest standards
  • Any contact that you have with us is dealt with promptly and professionally

As a new client you can expect the following:-

  • A welcome pack detailing a list of contacts and a ‘who’s who’. This will also contain other essential paperwork such as your legal expense insurance schedule and policy documentation
  • An initial contact from a dedicated Account Manager. Your account manager will be a point of contact for you throughout your time as a client to provide help and advice on any subject that doesn’t come under the remit of the advice lines or your dedicated consultants.
  • If you have a recommendation or comment on any part of our service the Client Care Manager will be available to take your call and you also have the option of contacting your account manager directly.

Behind the scenes we work very closely with all our departments to help maintain an ethos of client care not only with client facing consultants but also with support and admin staff.

Along with training designed to give our staff the necessary tools and skills to provide effective client care we work with individuals and departments when they are installing new procedures or work practices. This means that everything we do will have a guaranteed benefit for the client.
