Employment Tribunal Advocate

First Business Support is a major Employment Law and Health & Safety Consultancy with nearly 5000 retained clients. As a result of our expansion we require an advocate to join our employment law team.

This home-based position involves representing clients in Employment Tribunals, mainly in the South of England. You will need at least two years recent experience of presenting cases at both Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. The position would suit a qualified solicitor or barrister, or an individual with equivalent experience, seeking an opportunity to work within a highly successful specialist team.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills are needed together with an in-depth knowledge of employment law. You will need to be a self-starter and have a high level of organisation, together with the ability to work with a low level of supervision.

We offer an attractive package including salary of up to £32,000, a company car, together with a bonus scheme, pension, life insurance and health cover, as well as the opportunity to earn commission.
