Personnel Review Administrator

Rawtenstall - £18,000 plus benefits

Located in Rawtenstall,Lancashire with over 5,000 clients and 150 staff , First Business Support is a major provider in the Employment Law and Health and Safety consultancy business.

We are currently recruiting for the above newly created administrative positions within our existing Personnel Services team. The main purpose of this role is to review, update and maintain employee handbooks, principal statements and other associated personnel systems documentation for our clients as and when change arises.

Successful applicants will possess experience of generalist personnel/employment law administration related work, able to demonstrate a good understanding of personnel procedures and a knowledge of employment law. Good all round communication ,superior IT skills and “an eye for detail” are essential.

Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or currently working towards the qualification and/or Law degree or equivalent qualification /experience.

We offer a salary of c£18,000 pa, working 37½ hours per week, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, a contributory pension and life insurance.
