First Business Support is looking for people to join its telephone-based Advice Line.

Working from our offices in Rawtenstall, Lancs, you would be providing employment law and HR advice to employer clients.

You should have a degree in law or the equivalent, and possibly a professional qualification such as the CIPD. You will also need at least three years experience of giving advice, either in a similar capacity, or for example as part of an internal HR team in industry or commerce.

An excellent telephone manner; the ability to work as part of a team; to deal with pressure well; and to relate to a wide variety of clients are all key skills for this role.

We offer a salary of up to £30,000 plus non-contributory pension scheme and other benefits to the right candidates.
